Tony Yeaman
Tony Yeaman, a solicitor with over 30 years’ experience of specialising in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare Law, having been a senior partner in two of the leading UK Healthcare litigation law firms and former National Head of Healthcare at Weightmans LLP, has been elected as the new PRASIS Chair. Tony has extensive managerial experience across legal and healthcare related organisations, including as a long-standing board member of a large Foundation Trust from where he is shortly to retire as Deputy Chair. The Board of PRASIS are delighted to welcome him to this position, which he will take up from March 2021, serving for three years with annual review.

Mark Henley
Mark Henley has been unanimously elected as an advisor to the Clinical Board, bringing his invaluable experience, knowledge and insights of the previous and current worlds of medical indemnity.

Stephen Hamilton
Stephen Hamilton is a London Consultant Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon in NHS and Private Practice.
He is a member of the BAAPS Council and of the BAPRAS Professional Standards Committee. He is also a Clinical Director of Plastic Surgery and Breast Surgery at the Royal Free Hospital in London.

Nicky Collins
Nicky Collins is a solicitor and works for Slater Heelis in Manchester. Nicky has been in practice as a corporate and commercial lawyer for over 20 years and has a particular interest in advising clients in the healthcare sector.
Nicky is also a trustee and director of the Alder Hey Children’s Charity.

Graham Offer
Graham Offer is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. He specialises in reconstruction of the Face, Breast, Chest and Abdomen including microsurgery in his NHS practice and is lead Consultant for Breast reconstruction in the trust.
He is an examiner for the FRCS(Plast) examination and an Ex Council member of the BAAPS; a full member of BAPRAS, the British Burns association and the British society of Rhinoplasty surgeons. He is Programme director of the Leicester TIG Fellowship in Cosmetic/Reconstructive Surgery and passionate about quality, safety and training in Plastic and Aesthetic surgery.

Jeyaram Srinivasan
Jeyaram Srinivasan (JS) is a NHS Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon – specialising in major, microvascular reconstructions in Breast, Head and Neck and Skin cancers. He is currently the Department Training Lead in his unit at Royal Preston Hospital, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust. He is involved in improving teaching and training in Plastic surgery for well over 15 years.
His Private practice includes Breast surgery, Facial and Body contouring procedures as well as Non surgical techniques. He is actively involved in the RCS Certification Programme for Cosmetic Surgery. He is a BAAPS Council member and Chair of its Education Committee as well as full member of BAPRAS.

Ruth Waters
Ruth Waters is a consultant plastic surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. She specialises in breast reconstruction and in particular in microsurgical techniques and perforator flaps. She also has an interest in the surgical management of lymphoedema including vascularised lymph node transfer.
Ruth is President of BAPRAS 2021/2022 and serves on the West Midlands regional training committee.

Jim Kirkpatrick
Jim Kirkpatrick is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit, Glasgow.
He specialises in hand surgery, with both an adult and a paediatric practice.

Helen Roberts
Helen has been PRASIS Board secretary since 2015 as part of her role as Head of Secretariat for BAPRAS.
The PRASIS Board are delighted that Helen will continue to work for PRASIS in this role following her recent retirement from BAPRAS as her wisdom, knowledge and understanding of Plastic Surgery and Plastic Surgeons are a great asset to PRASIS in dealing with individual members and effective liaison with BAPRAS and other organisations relevant to plastic surgery practice and education.
