The Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons Indemnity Scheme is a specialty specific mutual owned and governed by its members. As a not for profit company PRASIS exists solely for the benefit of its members. It’s up to us to decide what services and benefits we need and how they are provided.

The limit of indemnity on your PRASIS policy can be either £10 million for any one claim in the policy year and £20 million in the aggregate in the policy year, or the lower limit of £5 million for any one claim in the policy year and £10 million in the aggregate in the policy year. Both of these more than satisfy the requirements set by the independent hospitals and provide the level of protection expected by our members and their patients.
